Reservations
To ensure availability, please schedule your appointment in advance. 50% or full payment is required on confirmation of all spa treatments. Please also be aware that arriving late for your appointment may result in your Spa time being adjusted accordingly.
Confirmations
As a courteous reminder you will receive a confirmation text (SMS) or phone call prior to your appointment. Please assist us by responding accordingly.
Cancellations
To provide the highest level of service, we ask that cancellations and/or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please understand that failure to do so will incur a loss of deposit made at the time of booking or incur a 50% loss of a Gift Card total.
Mobile Phones
SY Luxury Spa is a place of relaxation and rejuvenation. Please respect other clients comfort. We appreciate you refrain from mobile phone usage beyond the reception area.
Childcare
The Next Generation Creche facility, located on the ground level of the club, accepts children from 3 months to 5 years of age. All bookings can be made up to 7 weeks in advance on 8110 7777. For the safety of your child and comfort of all our clients it is not appropriate for children to be present inside spa environment. We appreciate your understanding.
Health Considerations
Please fill out your first-visit forms thoroughly and/or notify your consultant if you have any allergies, high or low blood pressure, physical disabilities, are taking any medication, or if you are pregnant or feeling unwell. This information is important to us when making accurate recommendations of treatments or when product prescribing.
Group Bookings
To coordinate Group Bookings please contact our reception. Our Day Spa is perfect for hosting ‘spa style’ special events and offers a diverse range of skin and body treatments. Gourmet platters and champagne can be included for an additional fee. Our General Manager will meet with you to discuss your preferences.
Gift Cards
We’re making your next gift purchase easy! Your Gift Card can be issued in any denomination or for any designated service at SY Luxury Spa and Lasertech. Please note that the Gift Card expires 12 months from date of issue. No responsibility is taken for loss or stolen Gift Cards. Corporate presentation packs are also available and can be tailored to your organisation for professional rewards.
