Reservations

To ensure availability, please schedule your appointment in advance. Please be aware arriving late for your appointment may result in treatment time being adjusted accordingly.

Confirmations

As a courteous reminder you will receive a confirmation sms to your mobile or a phone call. Please assist us by responding accordingly.

Cancellations

To provide the highest level of service, we ask that cancellations and/or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please understand that failure to do so will incur a loss of deposit made at time of booking or 50% loss of a Gift Card total.

Mobile Phone

For the comfort and respect of all clients, no mobile phone usage is permitted beyond the reception area.

Childcare

The Next Generation Creche facility, located on the ground level of the club accepts children from 3 months to 5 years of age. All bookings can be made through Next Generation Reception up to 7 weeks in advance on 8110 7777. We discourage clients from bringing their children with them. For the comfort of all clients it is not appropriate for children to attend.

Health Considerations

Please fill out your first visit forms thoroughly and/or notify your consultant if you have any allergies, high or low blood pressure, physical disabilities, medications, if you are pregnant or feeling unwell. This information is important to us when making accurate recommendations of treatments or product prescribing.

Group Bookings

To coordinate Group Bookings please contact our reception. Our Medi Spa is equipped to host 'Spa' style special events and offers a diverse range of skin & body treatments. Gourmet platters & champagne can be included in package bookings for an additional fee.

Gift Cards

Your credit card style Gift Card is issued in any denomination or for any designated service at Lasertech Clinic and Luxury Medi Spa.Please note that Gift Cards expire 12 months from date of issue.
